My Promise to You
Every Unicorn Fairy Circles candle is handcrafted to order with real herbs, poured with intention, and made especially for you. Because of this, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges — but your satisfaction genuinely matters to me, and I will always make things right if something goes wrong.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with the following photos so I can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf:

The packaging it arrived in (box, mailer, and any internal packing)
Once I receive your photos, I'll file the insurance claim and either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please hold onto the packaging until the claim is resolved — carriers occasionally request to inspect it.
Quality Issues
My candles are handcrafted one at a time using real beeswax, real herbs, and hand-twisted wicks — meaning no two are exactly alike, and that's intentional. Natural color variation, a soft bloom on the surface, subtle scent, and slight differences in burn behavior are all part of what makes a handcrafted beeswax candle different from anything mass-produced.
If you're new to beeswax or hand-poured candles, I genuinely encourage you to read my How It's Made page before your order arrives — it'll help you know what to expect and get the most out of your candle.
If something about your candle gives you pause, please reach out within 7 days with a photo and I'll look at it with you. I know my product deeply and will always be honest with you about what I'm seeing.
As a small handmade business, keeping my prices accessible for loyal customers means I'm not able to extend this good faith policy indefinitely. If a customer's experience with my candles has consistently fallen short of their expectations, it may simply be that my product isn't the right fit — and that's okay. I'd rather be honest about that than have anyone feel repeatedly disappointed. Upon request, I'm happy to help point you toward a product that might be a better match for what you're looking for.
Wrong Item Received
If I made a mistake and sent the wrong item, I'll fix it immediately. Just contact me and I'll get the right candle to you.
Change of Mind or Scent Preferences
Because every candle is handcrafted to order, I'm unable to offer refunds for change of mind or personal scent preferences. I understand that scent is deeply personal, and I do my best to describe each candle honestly so you can choose with confidence. If you're unsure, the Intention Finder can help you find the right match before you order.
Custom & Special Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable. These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
